Maa Fresh LLC produces ready-to-cook food items made from fresh food- grains, pulses and flour in a controlled environment and reach it across to the end consumer through retail sector outlets like groceries, supermarkets, hypermarkets, convenience stores etc. and through catering units. Products include batter made of rice and pulses that is ready to make Indian pancake-like item "Dosa" and dumpling-like item "Idli" and half-cooked spread-out dough to make Indian bread "Chapathi".
Maa Fresh LLC is proud to be part of a renowned business organization, the ORIENT GROUP, who are pioneers in establishing different business ventures in the UAE with its main office located in Sharjah, UAE. Under the patronage and guidance of His Highness Sheikh Khalid Faisal Khalid Sultan Al Qassemi, we are on to a modest beginning in the food sector by offering two products, the Maa Fresh Dosa/Idly Batter and the Maa Fresh Chapathi. Maintenance of freshness is ensured with the help of well equipped packing techniques and strict temperature control. We strictly examine preparation and packaging procedure with our international quality control standards based on ISO 22000 and focus on employee hygiene and education in our state of the art froduction facilities, currently one of the largest in UAE.
